Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLED BUILD TIMES
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days however, due to the hand-assembled nature of our custom G-Shock builds, many pieces are subject to specific production windows. Please refer to the individual product page for exact lead times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPMENTS: DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Retaliate ships globally from our studio in Sydney. For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Responsibilities: The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or local customs fees applied upon entry into your country.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the client will be held liable for the original shipping costs, as well as any return courier fees and brokerage charges incurred during the return process.
Delays: Please be advised that international transit times may be extended due to sovereign customs processing, which is beyond our operational control.
PRE-ORDER & CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIMES
Selected archival pieces and high-complexity mods are offered on a Pre-Order basis. These items are currently in active production and are estimated to ship within the window stated on the product page (typically 2–4 weeks).
Estimated Windows: Pre-order timelines are estimates. While we strive for precision, delays related to component sourcing, global logistics, or artisanal production may occur.
Order Consolidation: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will be held until the entire order is complete to ensure secure, unified delivery.
Cancellation Policy: By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the stated production lead time. Pre-order commissions enter our production queue immediately and cannot be cancelled once the build process has commenced.
OWNERSHIP & RISK OF LOSS
Once Retaliate transfers the product to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We highly recommend utilising a secure delivery address and monitoring tracking closely once your dispatch confirmation is received.
