RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Retaliate, our timepieces are hand-assembled and precision-set to order. Due to the bespoke nature of 1-of-1 builds and custom diamond settings, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refunds will only be issued if you receive the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged.
CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE & DAMAGES
We maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure every piece meets our archival standards. If your timepiece arrives with a verifiable defect in craftsmanship or was damaged during transit, you must notify us at info@retaliate6.com within 48 hours of delivery and our team will work on resolving the situtation.
EXCHANGES & STOCK LIMITATIONS
Due to the scarcity of our components and the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are not possible. Retaliate is not liable for purchases that are affected by change of mind.
LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned to our studio as undeliverable or unclaimed, the client will be notified immediately.
Reshipment: Clients are responsible for the cost of re-dispatching the order.
Termination: Should you choose to cancel a returned order, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and all original shipping/brokerage costs.
Loss & Theft: Retaliate is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a secure handover.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION
By completing a transaction with Retaliate, you enter a binding agreement to contact our support team to resolve any disputes prior to engaging your financial institution.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent chargebacks. All disputes will be contested using comprehensive evidence, including GRA certification records, high-resolution pre-shipment photography, and GPS-verified delivery data.
